It is important to uphold your values after the prospect has enrolled in the institution, not just in the beginning of the enrollment process. Being attentive and engaged plays a part in the likliness of how the prospect being there.
I have learned that sometimes we may stumble upon a challenge. That does not mean it is a bad thing though. We can take that challenge opportunity to clarify and restate our value representation.
In this course I learned that engaging with the prospective student, checking-in and asking questions is just as important in addition to presenting values and what the institution has to offer for them. I can apply visuals and demonstrations to add onto their process.
From this course I've learnied that the students perspective is what really determines the value. I can make sure to demonstrate our schools opportunities for growth and advancement by informing the prospective student how we are able to meet/offer to their needs.
