Incorporating diagnostics can provide a good foundation for subsequent assessments.  If students have a high level of knowledge coming into the course, more extensive and in-depth assessments should then be created to generate higher levels of critical thinking.

I will be looking for ways to integrate multimedia more often in my classes.

Providing students with immediate feedback on their test responses is a good way to ensure correct information is evident and can be integrated into the students' thought processes.

Having guest speakers in an online class is a great way to further engage students and create more personal interactions.

Easy navigation is essential to the learning experience.  Online students should not have to spend time searching for assignments or resources. When the information is presented clearly, students are better able to address the course content.
