Making clear and concise messages with an outline of how to post with specific information will lead to better communication. Thewre are different ways to engage students, seeking out different learning types to keep everyone involved. 

Fostering a relationship with my students will aid in keeping them informed and feeling secure to keep me informed on their needs for learning. 

In knowing my students backgrounds, I will be able to help them to create experiences and create a learning environment that will help them get where they want to be. 

Letting the students know my credentials allows them to feel confident that I will be able to help them learn and be successful. 

Ive learned its important to give my students access to me on a professsional level so they feel open to ask questions and give feedback and let me know what they need to achieve.
