Begin to set up my institutional notebook, look at policy and procedures and speak with our instructors and directors 

This section helped me understand that I need to know the various ways we contact prospective students, what other than our FB page and internet site we use

I have a great deal to learn and am already thinking of our school catalog and how I need to review it again.  We are in the process of revising it so I will make sure that all of the information is consistent and new students have the most current version.

I have already begun to think of how I will organize the information so that I have the current statues on hand as well as my schools most up to date information
