It's important to know your intitution's social media policies, and avaoid conflict of interest in admission. 

This section was about admissions "do's" and Dont's. Knowing, following, and applying the policies and procedures. Never gurentee employment.

Admission Representative should never guarentee placement, salary, union acceptance or organization. A clear explanation of instution's tuition, and refund policies must be provided during the enrollment process. Registration fee cannot exceed $ 150.00. Maintaing compliance at all time by only sharing truthful information.

It is important to share only factual information with current and prospective students. Stay away from embelishment words when talking about our institution and facilities. Only enroll prospects who benefit from program. Follow all established policies and procedures, including regulatory cmpliance guidelines.

Meeting and ongoing training are important way for professionals stay compliant. According to regulatory guidelines, it is essential for addmission to gather and update manuals, policies and procedures. This is vital to job performance.

This module went over the different ways that my institution may use to promote its programs. It's important to know the educational programs offered, and the differnt services provided by career services. 

In this module, I learned the importance of documenting every step of the enrollment process. Understanding the EA and its contents is a must. The documents that must be included in a student file, how and where the file should be stored upon completion.

I learned about all the Rules, Regulations that affect me and my institution. I must follow all the guidelines by enrolling qualified students who will benefit our programs. As an admission repesenttive, it is benefitial to staty current on all policies and procedures established by my institution.
