The information provided to perspective students must be factual and documented.   The website and catalog should be referred to when answering questions about placement rates, etc.

It is important that students understand that FA Representatives must follow the polices of the DOE and the rules are not decided by the school so we do not have the ability to make exceptions or modifications.

Being transparent and empowering the entire team to be able to answer questions and provide accurate and relevant information is the key to minimizing student complaints.  it is important that staff is aware that if they don't have the information to involve others who can help answer student concerns.
