On day one I explain the syllabus and review the calendar, expected due dates, and penalties for late assignments.  I then place reminders in announcements as well as assignment reminders so they cannot use the excuse they didn't know when it was due.

I have learned that students like this to use for Q&A to better gauge their understanding.  I will use this information and ensure students are properly using this to facilitate their learning.

I learned that ChatGPT has its pros and cons and could potentially lead to misinformation or out dated information.

I feel that I can use this as a teaching tool to help reach all learning styles and create questions for classroom thinking.

I have learned how I can guide my students and myself in using ChatGPT.
