Hi John, yes, this is a major challenge for a lot of people I think. I can't say I have discovered some secrete solution but what I can say is instead of just thinking about recruiting teachers, think a lot about retaining the teachers you already have! This may or may not be a challenge for you as your retention may already be great but since it is so difficult to find new teachers, retention should be a priority. We have increased our focus on teacher recognition programs, and when we do have new teachers, we heavily prioritize professional development.… >>>
Thank you for publishing this blog and for incorporating the video about Universal Design for Learning (UDL). We are trying to do a better job at my school to rethink our practices to incorporate UDL and to develop a UDL-first mindset so that it becomes more common practice. The real-world examples in the blog are great because they are practical, and I can easily see how they are replicable. Great blog!

This is such an important resource! We recently implemented student portfolios as part of our work-based learning programs because it was specifically indicated as a best practice in this framework. It's good to reference and set goals to make small, incremental improvements over time but this resource acts as a go-to source when trying to continuously enhance programs.
