I was not familiar with the jigsaw cooperative learning. I like that and will implement. It will foster communication and collaboration

I like the The Pareto Principle. I plant to post that in my course.

I like the idea of posting a "what it takes to be successful in this course with the following critieria. I think putting that in the syllabus, in writing will be very beneficial.

• Open mindedness

• Communication (written and verbal)

• Self-motivation

• Self-discipline

• Computer competency

• Critical thinking

• Teamwork

The communication code of conduct is a beneficial element to add

I like and will implent the honesty code conduct and the rubric for discussion board. that will be tremendously helpful

To emphasize to students just how many different ways there are to communicate. there is truly something for everyone to meet their needs best

integrate several different forms of technology based upon which one suits the content the best. 

I always evalaute my course at the end of the year and look at what works and doesn't, but I do not do so in a very calculated way. It's  more a mind reflection. I like the idea of using more concrete methods for self evalluation coupled with the student feedback which I also do already.
