The class was informative. However, I question the valididty of entertaining students' gripes. If a student has an administrative concern, I would direct him/her to the appropriate agency and leave it at that.
This course provided a great overview for me. I have been far removed from the teaching world for quite some time, and this course brought back some necessary basics for me.
