I realized that When I structure a course, I do should add more activities ( for the sake getting student's interest, knowledge, and engagement reinvigorated).

I learnt that setting the "energy level", "authority level"  in the class has more than one avenues that an apet instructor must explore and not be tied down to "THis is how i was taught and hence i will teach it the same way"

having True colors based understanding of personalities allows me to further enhance my understanding of behavioral cues and using that knowledge to understand/comprehend the unsaid needs of my students

My understanding of this topic material is that human behaviour and personality, complex as it may be, has been studied enough for us to draw useful, meaningful actionable data and patterns in regards how to identify personality traits and perhaps be able to help reach the student in a manner that is more acceptable to the student.
