I try to be enthusiastic with my teachings and make learning fun so that students want to continue to come to class.

Getting to know the students and their learning needs are essential to run a successful class.

I've learned that I should change my teaching style because students have a different way of learning. 

It's important to introduce yourself and tell your students about your background in the field but also think about information that might make you relatable to them so they not only see you as an instructor but also a person. 

Be prepared with a plan and a checklist and prioritize what needs to be done. 

To always be prepared and lead by example.
