Preparing students how to learn online, giving them the resources to complete the course sucessfully. Being mindful if students are having difficulties, become unmotivated or nonexistant from the platform. This is where clear and consise communication is imparative for not only student sucess but that of the instructor. 

I learned that it is important to receive student feedback on the type of learning tools used for online teaching.  What may work well for the instuctor, may not work well for students and cause frustration.

The importance of personalizing the online experience with each student. Getting to know students from behind the screen using individual biography's and also projecting your own authority by validating your expertise and credentials to show presence in an e-learning environment.  

What I have learned from this course to ensure student success is making sure I am very familiar with our institutions CMS, be a good support system for the e-learner and making sure course structure should have framework that is rationale.
