I have the same problom I just make a joke about being old and they need to speak a little louder

hear is a classic example i took over an class from a instructor that quit I was using his clip board and mail box till the class was over to make sure I got all the mail for that class and there was paper work on the clip board old roll sheet ect I come in today and the clip board is gone and the mail box cleaned out NO one knows anything aboutit

the problem with orientation sometimes is you have to cover so many rules that the student to detatch them selfs the first day

I work at an auto trade school sometimes the sales people tell students things that are not always 100% true this is sometimes hard to meet their expectations

Does class size matter

I normally have 25 to 30 students in a class I think this has a direct relationship in catching them early or at all
