I agree! It is a great training tool. It would be helpful to retake this course on a yearly basis to make sure that we all remain on the same page.

Accountability and Professionalism

Institutional accountability is key in order for Delta as a whole to continue to be successful. I strongly feel that professionalism plays a huge part as well. From the receptionist at the front door, to instructors, faculty and staff in all departments. OUR first impression is a lasting impression.

Doing the right thing everyday

Having worked in education for several years now, it is clear to me that Doing the RIGHT thing is critical for any educational institution. It is important to behave ethically always, and especially when challenges arise. Ask questions if you are unsure of the answers. Don't just guess - find out! It feels good to do the right thing, and will only serve us all better in the end.
