Before starting this program I had a problem understanding goals and how to set them. I was asked to set goals and how I would acieve them, but did not put much thought into them. This program has given me some great ideas and paths to follow in the future. I feel I took away alot from this.

No one is perfect, We all have our fults. Stress makes us all do things we would not usealy do. with that said No fighting is exceptable, and should have some kind of recourse. Time away, grade drop, or some other action is needed. Complete termination is not what I think would be an answer.  Comunication is the key, find out what is bringing on the stress and see if you can incourage them to find an answer to the stress.

I teach in the automotive feild, but think the problem would be the same in all class rooms. My students have become so attached to their phones that it is a normal thing for them to simply start to use their use there phone at anytime. You have to keep their attention and keep them bussy, or else they start back with their emails, texting, or looking things up on line. This has become the norm in this day and time  . Education is a great tool!  It gives back from what I have taken through life. I feel that making learning fun is also a great tool. I will be straight forward when needed. but a little fun never hurt no one!

I have been giving lectures for 10 years now, and still I find ways to change my lecture style. I will notice that on some days while giving a lecture that my class just does not respond well to the type of lecture being given so I will find a way to change it up a little. Each time I change it up, I will discover a new tool to put into my instructors bag. Sometimes combinations of styles may appear. This is also true as how I want to get my points across.
