students mirror the emotions of the instructor, that is if the instructor is excited and demonstrates this excitement then students will follow.  as instructors we cannot expect students to do these things on their own, they need to be motivated and the modeling from the instructor is so important

important to keep students engaged and yourself as well... important to notice when the method being used is not working for some and to change it up in order to meet everyone's needs and make sure they are learning the material

1. always be postive 2. don't become apathetic 3. always remember the human factor these and much more will be help the learning environment and the students reach their goal

It's important to listen, to be supportive, to understand the student is much more than just what we see in the classroom.  We need to acknowledge them and keep them encouraged in order for them to succeed.

Credible, Candid, Compassionate, Committed and Clear are major ways to be a good leader/instructor in the classroom - understanding also that there are always more in-services to attend to better yourself is a great way to stay current and continually learn new techniques.
