I already use some of these strategies as part of my class Instruction. However it was a good overview and a reminder of how I can continue to strive for sucess in the classroom. I will use more of this helpful training in the classroom.

Student Security

Students are often unsure of the course content and objectives on the start of a new Mod. However it is the Instructors responsibility to cover any necessary information at the start of class to put the students at ease. It is important to go over as much information on day one in order to give clear and concise meaning to the course objectives. My students are given a chance to provide information about their personal goals and career aspirations on start day. Adult Classroom Management

The Course 113 is a great course to take if you want to learn about different Classroom Management Styles. I was able to determine that I was the "GUIDE". I found this course to be a useful resourse in the proper techniques to get a students attention as well as useful dicipline tips. Would recommend for the beginner or experienced Instructor.
