I feel that this course for on-line was very informatative. My last school had a four week class training course. I enjoyed this training section and learned alot. This section allowed individuals to read at his oe her own pace and dislove the information.This was very helpful. Enjoyment for this training was a 10 plus.

The set up for the final was different. i enjoyed it. This test made you think and that was the good part. putting the old brain to remember mode. LOL

Compensation for Enrollments

I think the 2002 laws that provided a set of twelve safe harbors on incentive were set for an update. This process allowed admission repersentatives to be unethical in recuritment processes. On July 1, 2011, the United States Department of Education eliminated the twelve safe harbor laws. The new law outlined that school participating in federal student aid will not provide any commissions or bonuses in securing enrollment.I think this law was very successful in ensuring students are enrolled for success and not a money value.

Tuition Recovery Funds

The tuition recovery funds is a great mean for students. When a student have invested his or her hard earned money in a progam and the school closes, I think it is only ethical for the student to recoup their funds back. When students enroll in a school thay can always ask for a list of the tuition recovery funds states. I think that all admission repersentatives and other poistions at school that aid students in starting school should inform the students of this process.

Recruitment Activities

Recurit can be positive and negative on a school depending on what is done. Recuritment has guidelines that must be followered. Some states place heavy restrictions on recuritment location. Public offices serving certain population are prohibited for recuritment. Some examples are welfare, food stamps, and unemployment offices.Recuriters need to ensure that individuals recurited has the ability to move ahead and afford the educational change that is wanted in life. This is an ethical process on recuriters.
