Professional development including online course design, online pedagogy,and technology tools as a workload stragety to enhance and improve upon weakness. Online administrators need ot be aware of pitfalls that may occur if the online design isn't properly thoughtout. 

Collabration is an excellnt way of learning in the online environment because it affords the students have peer and group evalutions. This lets the students have a hand on the wheel when ti comes to the course workload and allowing interdepence to take place among each other by keeping groups small.

A lack of social presence cna lead to high level of frustation, lo level of affecting learning and indeifference towards instructors . As an online instructor and administrator my social presence allows for more effective adn smooth learning experince for the students.

I find the organizational process allows the online instructor to practce task, stick to the task, not get distracted and finally fully complete the task. This is vital for the instrutor so he/she will not get inundated witht personal affairs and professioanl work.

As an instructor i must understand  students do not simply do not want to do the work but fall into online pitfalls of learning. They are balancing so much on thier plate and must manage their time well. 

I feel it is important to consider a student centered online learning space so the workload isnt on the instructor but students have a hands on approach in their learning .

Students have a diffculty focusing because of environment and its up to the online instructor to create a safe place online for teaching can be received and learning can take place. However, this is a 2 fold agreement where the study needs to be a good online citizen, do not plagiarize and respect guidelines for proper online communcation.

As an online instructor it is important to help assist in motivation to the student while the student is applying self motivation to themselves. It is my job to give frequent feedback, creat open and positive learning enviroment and help my students feel valued.

In order for students to be successful online they must use open mindedness and communication to name a few. Students are expected to participate in a virutal environment while instructors should provide feedback which also ties into the imperative point of communicaiton.

Communcaiton can deter the different ages that emcompass my course. I have to be readily available with all forms of communcation , espeically civility is highly encouraged.
