Being professional starts with being s Subject Matter Expert. Once that concept is grasped, then one must become a Knowledge Transfer Expert, meaning, you constantly find ways to improve your delivery of the information. Self assessment is critical. Having a peer group offer critiques/advice, etc...those are some effective ways to refine ones' approach. Where you see flaws or areas that you feel you do not measure up, those are areas to address in specifics. For a good self test, write an email to yourself in third person. Module 4 I found the most informative, specifically in the way they incorporated data and measured outcomes. One would have to see their sampling criteria and do their own research to either duplicate or invalidate specific results, but overall, it appears to be trustworthy at face value, and useful to generate a more specific set of guidelines when creating tests and choosing methodology.  

 I would think after an offer has been made and accepted, that would be one of the first steps taken, and more specifically, it should be done at the Director level, not Manager.
