Michael Anderson

I recently had a class the other instructors referred to as the Mutant Class. They had a reputation for being disruptive and disrespectful. I found that as soon as ground rules were set, they understood my expectations and realized I was not basing my opinion on what others had said, and that I was treating them all fairly they responded. the so called Mutant Class quickly developed into one of the best cohorts in the school.
