I've learned a that setting yourself up so we can be role models to our students. Role modeling can inspire the students to keep moving. 

I am new to the "ER" in the SMART goal method. It's important to understand what makes the learners' tick. 

I learned that there is a direct correlation between the different kinds of motivation. Understanding your subject matter and using the appropriate type is always important at the beginning to have a better outcome. 

Understanding your subject matter and how they process goals is important to know which approach is best used. For me, making this first step in choosing the goal whether in my personal and professional life is important.
