The more prepared you are the easier it is to motivate the students and the more motivated they are the more they will learn.

Being a expert in the feild gives you a chance to be yourself and keep things lite and this alone will keep the students wanting to learn.

You have to get to know the students a bit to know their ability to learn and what they need to learn comfortably without inhibitions .

Games get the digital leaners more motivated as it is something they enjoy.

I have done this online learning and agree it is a collection of data but I like not having to absorb it all at once.Sometimes I feel overwelmed by engaging students and there is that feeling of are they really trying.I think being in their own enviroment and giving them reasurance thruogh the online process helps with the overall learning process
