I’ve learned to think differently each class has its own need for students to engage at a higher level. As an educator I agree with the Flipped classroom it gives more time to for hands on and group activities so the student can connect the content they’ve learned at home. It also give the ability for each learner to learn and study at their own pace. As a facilitator I do have the expertise to identify what’s needed and what’s understood therefore I must adapt to change as well.
It is equally important to blend the F2F and online videos and reading material. One compliments the other. For the educator during class discussions, they’re able to affirm understanding by asking the learner to present what they’ve learned from the online assignments. By implementing activities and class quizzes the educator can answer questions, give explanations & constructive feedback about the videos, demos and reading material viewed at home. This will also let the educator know if the student has a viewed and or completed the homework.

In a flipped classroom students will will be able to explore new ideas with video and reading text at home. I will apply by diving deeper into the lesson in class with hands on activities, group projects, presentations and class discussions. Everyone will benefit from being able to learn at their own pace. Some may need more help or given a more of a challenge.
A flipped classroom is when the student has been given more accountability for their learning path. It places the bulk of the responsibility for the learners eduction with the students. It also gives the ability to for the educator to provide more engaging hands on training answer question, and have discussions about the lesson in class. With students that have disabilities there can always be a happy outcome for all. Upon notification of the disability I will have the conversation with the student about their needs. Get a clear understanding of the learners challenges. I will then suggest that they consult them to the proper school officials that will confirm if the accommodations will be approved.
