Good communication come from both parties! Both parties have to learn how to listen to understand and not speak/react! Active listening is also important because it lets the other party know that you are fully engage on the topic at hand.

Everyone is different, We learn different, we all have different lives and different struggles. I learned that that many factors play a huge role in the retention and success of adult student we have in out institution!
