I will be using the matching game as one of my teaching methods.

I learned from this module that there are a few activities an instructor can incorporate into learning plan. Secret identity is the first activity to try with talkative-friendly groups. This gives them a chance to talk and mingle with each other. 

In this module, I learned that one of the essential skills of a successful instructor is the ability to reengage the learner at intervals. There is also 90% retention of the information learned if there 6 exposures within 30 day period.  

In this module, I learned that the most effective trait of being a motivating instructor is to focus on student's success and excitement about the field. A good teacher knows content, each student, respectful of students and their bounderies of learning, and aware of teaching style in able to transcend the message. 

This section talks about how keeping and maintaining students enthusiastic about learning. It is a great idea of having a surprise learning activity for the students. They will understand that every part of what they are learning can be challenged and applied to their personal experiences.

Starting a class with lighthearted joke or something fun sets the tone of the class. It helps the class feel at ease and lift some of the pressures and tensions the class as a whole may be feeling.
