I found that out about myself as well. It was interesting to review myself and see a new side of me. I have added to my skill set and that is always a good thing. I do agree with you that being an instructor is more of a leader than a manager, but i think it has a lot to do with the age group of your students.

I think all of us in the education field have skills with regards to being a leader, but i agree that there must be a point preson, someone without a obtrusive ego to coordinate others to yield the best results of the group.
