Online consistency to ensure student is engaging and understanding concepts

Feedback between student and teacher is highly important; it impacts student's participation during the course.

Communication using the correct method is vital, asynchronus and synchronus teaching is important and they both have benefits and downsides to both.

I have learned how to apply technology tools to not only help I the instructor, but as well the student, in order complete the tasks.

Much of this information has served as a refresher.  As an online instructor we understand the importance of the use of technology in our virtual classrooms. Much has happened in around the world in the past few weeks and being forced into isolation has been a challenge for many people. Knowing that we have technology to serve as a gateway to bridge this gap is great.  I appreciate technology even more these days.
