Useing music as a class management tool

I use music as a reward during the clean up part of class to motivate the students. If they don't get the assignment done in time they loss the music privilege.

I think that refining our teaching abilities is very important, that being said we must never lose touch with our industry and the things that will make our students sucessfull.
