Hi! My name is Natalie Beebe and I am a business education teacher from Georgia. I currently teach the Business and Technology pathway where we specialize in students earning MOS Certifications in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

I learned that the four levels of evaluation to move toward course revision include reactions, learning, transfer, and results.
I learned the difference between norm-referenced and criterion-referenced assessments and when each should be used.
I've learned different methods of providing diagonostic assessments as well as as formative and summative assessments.
I learned that is totally imperative to investigate the technology tools you would like to use in your course to see if they are a good fit for the learning outcomes of your students.
I learned that it is beneficial to include model answers as well as explanations as to why that model answer is correct. Similar to a rubric.
I have learned that most face-to-face or on-the-ground learning can be converted to online learning.
I learned about the structure of how online course. I plan on using this framework in the future to build online content for my courses in the event of virtual learning days.
