As showcased on the training course, a sound strategy fosters significant structural change, a shift in the way organizations do business. Are you ready to navigate resistance and completely implement a new strategic mindset?

Even though content, tips, and structure provide the tools to successfully deploy a strategic plan, I think it is as important to have a visionary mindset that goes hand in hand with drive, initiative, innovation, and entrepreneurship, these soft skills are key components to the project success.

Having a skilled team that not only possesses the knowledge and experience but also performs under pressure, it's creative and confident about making decisions or adjust to situations that are very important to accomplish the tasks at hand efficiently and timely. Such accomplishment is only possible with leadership and patience.

 

An important component for a potential student is to understand the value and quality of the program, being the challenge of any enrollment representative. But what do you think is the best way to tie program quality with future job placement? how do you know the program will help the student fulfill the future or current job expectations?

I think the two most important components of the enrollment process are: 1. know the student, their needs and goals. 2. know the program believe in its value and the positive impact on the student's future work expectations.

I think it is very hard to know as in most of the institutions it is not mandatory, but I personally think that the best approach is a walkthrough class along with all the tools and resources available and most importantly the student orientation.

There are several pieces of training available through FAPSC that are of great value, ask your supervisor about them, taking these courses online along with meeting with all areas of your Institution to gain more knowledge about the programs and policies is the perfect recipe for success.

Having an electronic copy is always efficient but a paper folder is required. The ideal starting point is to have a checklist related to the documents that need to be in the folder to make sure nothing is missing. The same procedure should be applied to each folder.
