This course has helped in the department of speaking with confidence and body movement.

I have learned that keeping a checklist of certains rules that are being updated is very helpful and will be let things run smoother for yourself.

I have learned that an institution is not required to have a formal type of marketing but it does not to have a marketing that follows Fair Consumers Practices guidlines. 

I have learned a lot of about how to provide tuition information to new and interested students while learning to apply my institutions guidlines. 

I have learned that it very resourceful and beneficial to create a resource notebook. In the future, it will make it very helpful to be able to go back and edit or recap certain regulations and rules.
