I think the closing of career schools - significantly overlooks the mobility -- and the need for mobility in the lower-middle class workforce.

This is the economic center of any country.  Without training -- there is a dominoe effect in productivity, and social progress.

Since we are all in charge of the contnet -- we can easily feel that the delivery was sound and move to the next task.  some people over look evaluation.  Assessment and evaluation is key to continuous improvement.
