While the industry I teach about tends to have a more casual culture, maintaining professionalism in the classroom is crucial for fostering mutual respect between students and instructors. It helps create a positive and productive learning environment. Additionally, it’s important to establish clear boundaries between encouraging students and forming personal friendships with them.
