I believe that procrastination is  laziness and immediacy has to be controlled. When we make a ( to do list )make sure put the primary tasks at the front and the secondary tasks at the back.

Leaders and Managers are an important asset of an organization, they co-exist but the main point is to understand the value of each other with in their jurisdiction. Leader should not run over the Manager because leader is a visionary and influencer. And the manager should not be jealous of the the leader just because the manager is implementing the policies . Both of them are important and essential for the progress of the organization.

A leader is a person who is with a vision and the manager is the implementor of that vision.

The leader is looking  out of the box to get things done but the Manager is following the guide line from organization structure (Rules and regulations) to get things done. A Leader is looking at the bigger picture where as Manager is taking care of the  business with in the  organization given guideline .
