I was unexpectedly surprised by how relevant I found ED 104 to be. I am instructor who teaches brand new students and some of the most challenging parts of teaching students at this stage in the game is knowing how to set clear expectations, to create a comfortable learning environment that allows them to succeed and how to get underperforming students to increase their interest and "buy in" into the class. This class brought about some great points that I will keep in mind as I start a new group of students in a few weeks.
