About me
A member of the Carrington Team since March 2010, I began my Instructor career as a substitute teacher, soon transferring to Instructor for the beginning level classes. I then moved to the advanced classes. In 2011, I switched from teaching the nights to the morning advanced classes. Thus began my addiction to coffee!
My biggest suggestion to my new students is to BE PREPARED, BE HERE, BE ON TIME! My lecture style is a little different, I love mindmapping, linking ideas together, and bringing the whole picture to light! I enjoy making our class time together fun and exciting. If you miss a day.... you miss a lot.
Prior to becoming a Massage Therapy Instructor, I have owned my own massage business (since 2005 - to current), worked for CorteBella Spa, Heaven's Angels Therapeutic Massage and Arrowhead Health (Chiro/PT Office). I have been a licensed massage therapist in the city of Phoenix since 2003 and state of Arizona since 2004 after graduating at the top of my class at Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College.
I am blessed to be a part of the great team at Carrington College.
