What really is interesting in our schools lately is not only do we have multi-generational populations, but we also have multi-generational employees. I have found employees of each generation are great resources for working with students of the same generation
I could not agree more and we will need to ensure our companies practices will meet any of the new expectations to come out of this process.
Maybe that should be my next course. I have found I have had to go to a structured calendar in three week increments to ensure all of my operations goals are met.
As a Campus Director it is essential that I operate with a calendar that is as long as each term of our programs, which is 3 weeks. It helps me manage the operations in sync with the campus calendar and
Modeling behavior is a must with our students and if they see this everyday out of everyone on campus they will more easily adapt to these behaviors.
It is amazing how many of these courses are more informative than one expected. The little things you learn are huge.
Some homework should be done in groups, some alone, and some within class itself. It depends on the subject matter, but all of it should involve hands on application of the material taught
