A compliance culture is necessary for success of the student.  Every department must work with integrity, upholding the mission of the school in order for the student to receive the best education.

Schools that uphold their “Mission” can be successful in their compliance on campus and with the satisfaction of staff and students.

Losing a student based on incorrect information provided can be the worst scenario because the trust of the student has been compromised.

It is best to only provide actual factual information to students to avoid misrepresentation.

Misrepresentation, although not intentional, can cause the student to make a decision based upon the responses given about the school.  

Institutions are not obligated to receive transfer credits from other schools.

There is a triad of Accreditors,  and the primary role of accreditors is to ensure that their schools are offering the quality education and training needed for the student success.

It's very important to maintain high standards with all students in order to maintain trust.

It is very important for the instructor to know the course delivery techniques and strategies to be an effective online instructor.

To restrict students with disabilities to what is considered a safe career path is discriminating.  You have to know your limits.
