ensure you are aligned with school policy when dealing with a disruptive student that may need to be dismissed

these are great strategies for dealing with defferent types of students. I really like the "use it wisely cards" this ensures all students are given the opportunity to speak during class. I think it also encourges quieter students to speak up.

I beleive it is very important to set expectations at the start of the course.

i think reminders and class calendar for due dates is helpful for the students.

many different techniques can be introdued to promote learning that is fun for the students and instructor
