When I started the class on motiviation I did not think I would gain any new knowledge, but I was pleasantly suprised as I navigated throught the course at the small and large grains of knowledge that I gained.
One statement that I especially relate to is the hallmarks of a great intructor, one who knows the subject, knows the students, creates environment when students are not afraid to take risk and not only believing in the subject but being able to communicate that belief to the student.
