Accomodations for students with disabilities not only help disabled people but also help everyday people like you and me.

Students with disabilities are just as capable to learn as regular students but should be given the support that they sometimes do not ask for.

All disabilities must be accomodated in the educational institutions.

I have to find ways to encourage students to want to learn and not make it a burden for them. Looking for different ways to engage them in the  online courses.

Different teaching styles combined with students personalities can make the learning process for teachers and students more efficient.

Getting to know the learning styles or learning habits of students is helpful in determining your approach to teaching.

I am going to evaluate my students and figure out what personality color each is and use that to enhance my teaching. 

Students personalities are good to observe so that you can get to know your students better and help them succeed in their learning goals.

Critical thinking is a necessary component for students,which for some it is not easy. The instructors must encourage critical thinking with our students and ourselves.

Students should be engaged in the course materials, the instructor canhelp with the process of student centered learning
