I have finished ( I think....) only two courses---the observations of other participants are as valuable--if not more so--than the content !  And that is meant in a most positive way.

Sometimes, it's just as valuable to know that we're doing the right thing as it is to increase our skill sets.

Perhaps the most important I've learned from sharing in the threaded discussions and "Loung" posts is that we all share a great deal in the way we identify and meet challenges !  This is both motivating and comforting.

THe fact that "one size does NOT fit all" is one of the concepts that, I think , alays needs to be kept on the "Front Burner"---with a heavy teaching load, it can be hard to remember.
