As instructors we should know that there are different learning preferences, so as we prepare our classes we should make sure to try and incorporate all of these different preferences into our lesson so as to reach all of our students.

I like the section on Games and Simulations I use this method in my class, my students really enjoy when we play games as a review for a test they enjoy this more then any other review and it helps the ones that seen to have a hard time taking test.

I like and believe in the Pygmalion Effect I have been using this method for a while now and it really works the more the student thinks or knows that you believe in them the more it makes them believe in themselves.

This information served as a reminder for me most of the things mentioned I already knew or had at lease heard before so thinks for the refresher course.

Knowing that the role of a great accelerator facilitator is trainer, facilitator, and learner,and this is done by the instructor coming in as the teacher bringing in experience and objectives then becoming the facilitator by releasing control to the learners letting them learn in the best way for them but keeping the teacher role close by so things don't get out of hand then letting the learner come in and with an open mine learn something new that maybe one of the learner bring out in discussion.

This information was very good it gave some insight on qualifications and experience required for certain positions, also with licensing and training requirements,as well as compensation limitations.

It was very interesting to find out the rules regarding advertising and marketing set for the schools and also gaining information aboutdisclosure requirements and catalogs.

It was very interesting to learn about the process of handleing prospective students there was a lot of information that I did not know and even though I am not in admissions this knowedge is very good to know because I do talk to people about coming to our school all the time so thanks.
