I teach my students that it does not matter what job youre in you will always be in customer service, In my opinion there is not a business in this wold that does not have a customer.
I have taken several makKnowledge courses over the years and they never get old, I always enjoy the information it has to offer, keeps up up to date with some of the samall things we miss in our career.
