This Module has hit me hard, I work so hard and sometimes I forget to Stop and recharge.I have to remember to do more mental practice to keep my attitude and energy positive.I will defetnely make a plan and set benchmarks.

I, learned that Energy is very important because it will impact in a positive or negative way. 

I am happy to know that I could improve good habits and new activities to raise my energy out put.

This Module has been great for me, it reminds me of the importance of my personal energy and the potencial impact to others. I will try to balance my four forms of Energy on a daily basis.

Attitude is very important to have, I love what I do and if a prospect is happy to enroll, I am making a difference and helping out on a diffucult situation he or she might be going thru. Attitude is what defines our overal effectiveness in both personal and Professional.

Communication is key, keep the prospect interested,build a relationship and create trust.

Listening to the prospect is very important, and help them decide how to address their challanges and assist them by allowing them more resourcefulness in creating options for them, they are many shools they could attend, I belive by giving them great servcice and a tour, also give them their space.

to createa framework for the prospect, talking points,and overall programs, focus on the value presentation and make sure they unerstand.

Value: I intent to learn alot from this topoic, for me is so imortant beacaus as an Admissions Coordinator, I need to know my product, it is such a blessing to discuss and go over programs of their interest, prospects need facilities that will guide them with carreers that will help them better them selves, and get a great job. we offer those opportuniest we offer excelent service. 

Very important to work as a team to be able to bring in new ideas, undestand our roles and be able to grow.

I strongly belive that working together is great bcause we should be able to achieve the goals for the company we are working for. Having an open communication and beeing honest and not afraid to make a mistake is great.
