I only see a small percentage that seem to have no clue of why they are here. Most are interested in getting the most they can out of the school and instructors.

staying awake

I find morning classes tend to have more sleepers during lectures and modules. I am constantly trying to keep the class upbeat to try and avoid this.

I like to have a great attitude while working with students

We try and help all students by giving them a chance to retake a course for free provided they give it their all.

I like to interact with students as this seems to keep them moving with a subject I am teaching.

I try to keep students motivated and moving even while lectures. If they start falling out, we will take a break and stretch or walk.
