I think there are simple first week tips we can implement.

I feel that we have done a good job with orientation but think we can get faculty more involved.

I like the idea of a progressive orientation. I feel like the programmatic portion is too long and heavy

Always important the remember that it should be guaranteed that students have qualified and prepared faculty. 

I am really proud of our faculty that share the joy of our career on a daily basis. 

This lesson provided a nice framework for helping students work through problems. 

This has given me confirmation that all of our student meetings are worth it. All the extra time to show each student we care about their success is important. 

In starting this module, it made me feel proud of the work we have done in our department to show students that we care, and to follow up with them. I am aware of the pressures felt by our faculty in this area. 

I feel that our students are competent with the general management of computers. However, the lack the organizational skills for managing all of the electronic files.

We can continually teach about change and resiliency during our courses, so students are reminded continually of the need for adapting to change.
