I learned that it is very important to have resources available for our students so that post graduation they are able to feel confident going out into the work force. It is important to have up to date information as well, every day you see different criteria that must be met, technology updates, different resources..etc. It is best to be able to provide up to date information to also make it easier for job searching. 

In my opinion this is the key to be successfull. Having organization within the team is so important to be able to provide a guidance for our students. The success of a well organized team is the success of a student. 

In this chapter what I have learned is that in Admissions we are the ones that help the student take the right path for them so school is something they enjoy therefore there is better rate of retention. A questionnaire would be best to get to know the student and what they are looking for. The outcome they are looking for and seeing how that could be a reality for them.
